I started training with Jake and the IEP team in 2023 and initially knew their approach to movement, training and performance was on a whole different level. No one in the LE or Mil training world was addressing this critical need in the way they do. Should I track my calories?
Short answer, it is up to you. I personally am a fan of focusing on eating whole natural foods and prioritizing protein at each meal. This is going to get you 90% of the way there nutritionally.
